Mini Runway Show for Investors

Tonight I was hired to model in a mini runway show for designer Teri Xiong,  in front of a board of investors at YetiZen Innovation Lab, a leader in the gaming industry, in San Francisco, CA. Though the cutoff was 5'5'' and taller, Teri selected 5'4'' me to model "The Blue Fairy" dress, which was made using glitter fabric, and silver beaded straps. Teri specializes in women’s dresses, made using glittering fabric or embellishments for an enchanting fairy theme. Teri was awesome and super on-top of everything, but unfortunately, the shoes she bought for the show felt several sizes smaller than what was stated on the label. The models all walked bare foot for as long as possible till the last few seconds before the show, when we all jammed and squeezed our poor footsies into those tiny little shoes.

After the show, there was a networking party, so of course I stayed. A few of the people I met invited me to another fashion event; a fashion tech event. And then another tech event! After a night full of meeting new and interesting people, I'm so excited to finally get to crash in my bed. I missed you bed. Goodnight.
